You may or may not remember, but you and I had lunch in San Antonio back before my son was born. He is now in high school and thinking back on the almost 15 year history of our doing business together, I felt it appropriate to send you a big thank you for the consistent and professional service offered over the years. As you are aware, our manufacturing facility is located on the Texas, Mexico border and the process of clearing US Customs, warehousing, and scheduling of these shipments require serious attention to the details. Since 2010, Lougistics LLC has become an integral part in coordinating these orders with our Plant, the Freight Forwarder, Carrier and scheduling deliveries with our Customers throughout the U.S. Thanks again for always being available, always answering the phone regardless as to whether there was an issue and many times calling proactively when there was an obstacle to overcome.
